A tracking number will be sent to you by email right after your package has been dispatched (a few days after your order has been placed). If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist!

It may take up to 24 hours for your package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system.

For international orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, the tracking log is usually transfered to your local mailing service (e.g. USPS for US orders, CanadaPost for CA orders, etc.).
